RPA Developer

Overview:
We are seeking an RPA Developer to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that improve business efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RPA tools and a strong understanding of process automation.

Experience:
5+ years

Key Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
• Strong knowledge of process automation and workflow design
• Experience in scripting (e.g., Python, VBScript, or .NET) is an advantage
• Familiarity with APIs, OCR, and system integrations
• Good understanding of SDLC and automation lifecycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots for business processes
• Analyze and identify automation opportunities
• Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production bots
• Ensure best practices, scalability, and performance of automation solution
