About The Job Danone Specialized Nutrition South East Asia is seeking for SEA Medical Affairs Senior Manager (Iron & Challenged Growth). Provide medical & nutrition expertise to cross-functional team, ensuring the integration of medical & nutrition insights into overall plans • Build credibility of our business by providing/translating relevant up-to date science-based content and communication. Collaborate with key stakeholder across MBU on selective medical channel activities, digital activation, and drive clinical research to establish Danone Nutricia expertise & superiority in science, nutrition and products amongst HCPs/KOLs. • Build alliances and expand networks with key medical, policy and decision makers, stakeholders like KOLs as part of market shaping initiative and to build Danone Nutricia’s credibility. • Managing and leading a team of medical affairs professional providing direction and support on medical affairs activities. • Contribute to company expertise via partnerships with experts in relevant fields in Paediatric, Nutrition, Iron & Growth categories. • Persuasively present Danone Nutricia position and deliver proactive and impactful internal & external communication being recognised as a thought leader in the field. • Work in close collaboration with the India-South East Asia and global Medical & nutritional science teams to maximize alignment, support & business impact. About You • Minimum Bachelor in Science (or equivalent) and/or Master Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, Food Science or any related fields. • At least 8 years of work experience in nutrition and pharmaceutical companies and 1 years’ of work experience in managerial level. • Experience in regional level is a plus. • Excellent Communication Skill (Oral, Listen, Presentation). • Approach challenges with solution-oriented mindset, seeking innovative ways to overcome challenges. • Strong team player & ability to foster strong internal /global collaboration & achieve alignment based on business needs. • Work Independently & Leadership mindset. • Proven track record of success to manage HCP KOLS , Societies & Med Events.
