Job description

First contact point and information source for newcomers (Game Presenters etc.) regarding daily duties, procedures and any necessary improvements or changes in company policies.

Train new and experienced staff.

Provide practical training and examines new and experienced staff.

Lead training abroad during business trips.

Take responsibility for the progress of a training group.

Organize the training room and learning resources and create displays to encourage a positive training environment.

Maintaining a safe, secure, and comfortable work environment for newcomers and experience Game Presenters etc.;

Plan, prepare and present daily program that reflects business needs, targets and ensures adequate information perception within the training group of different ages, nationalities and abilities.

Motivate prospects/trainees with enthusiastic, imaginative presentation.

Meet requirements and proficiency level for the assessment and record of prospects/trainees' development.

Provide feedback to prospects/trainees and direct managers on a prospects/trainees` progress.

Grading tests, conduct progress reports, monitor and review the progress of prospects/trainees/Game Presenters etc.;

Manage paperwork required in the daily work.

Manage prospects’/trainees’ behavior in the training group and on Evolution Academy premises, and apply appropriate and effective measures in cases of misbehavior.

Research new topic areas, maintain up-to-date subject knowledge, and devise and write new training materials and programs.

Select and use a range of different learning resources, equipment and programs.

Be responsible for procedures efficiency and manuals creation and timely update.

Supervise and support the work of new qualified trainers.

Assist in the continuing development of the training program.

 Liaise with colleagues and other departments and work flexibly.

Inform technical department and direct managers in case of any issues occur.

Participate in and organize projects, social activities and events which go in line with business and department needs.

Maintains quality standards, reporting quality and service problems, identifying possible solutions and recommending system improvements;

Observe and participate in regular internal and external trainings as part of continuing professional development.

Higher or incomplete Higher education;

Upper-intermediate knowledge of English;

Intermediate level of computer skills;

High knowledge and expertise of the game procedural processes, techniques, strategy, game rules;

Problem solving skills
