Job Brief We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior HR Specialist to manage and support core HR operations in Saudi Arabia. The role will be responsible for HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, recruitment lifecycle support, government-related HR activities, payroll coordination, medical insurance administration, employee relations, and culture and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Saudi labor law, hands-on experience with local HR and government portals, and the ability to ensure smooth HR operations while enhancing employee experience and supporting a positive workplace culture Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes and employee services. Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, follow-up, and onboarding. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely recruitment support. Handle the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contract preparation, renewals, and employee documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, records, HR databases, and personnel documents. Prepare HR letters and official documents such as salary certificates, employment letters, and other employee-related documentation. Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, deductions, allowances, and employee changes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Administer leave management and attendance tracking in line with company policy and Saudi labor regulations. Support employee relations matters and respond to employee queries in a professional and timely manner. Manage and coordinate medical insurance administration, including employee additions, deletions, upgrades, renewals, and claims support when needed. Handle HR compliance requirements in accordance with Saudi labor law and internal HR policies. Manage government-related HR transactions and reporting through relevant Saudi platforms and portals. Process and follow up on HR activities through platforms such as GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher Business, and MHRSD platforms. Support administration-related activities and office coordination where required. Assist in implementing culture and engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience, morale, and workplace environment. Support internal employee events, engagement campaigns, and culture-building activities. Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee data and sensitive HR information. Provide regular HR operational support and reports to management as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, administration, and recruitment, preferably within Saudi Arabia. Saudi National is a must. Strong hands-on experience in Saudi HR operations, recruitment coordination, and government-related HR processes. Good knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance requirements. Practical experience using key Saudi platforms such as GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher Business, MHRSD platforms, and medical insurance administration portals. Experience in recruitment lifecycle support, payroll coordination, employee records management, onboarding/offboarding, contracts, and HR documentation. Exposure to employee engagement, culture initiatives, and employee experience programs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems. Strong sense of confidentiality, professionalism, and accountability. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage
