THE ROLE We are hiring an HR Manager to own the people function at TraqCheck. We are increasing head count across all areas of the business, your job is to make sure the infrastructure, policies and day-to-day HR experience keeps pace. This is a hands-on role. You will own HR end-to-end, from the foundations through to the everyday. Talent acquisition sits mainly with hiring managers and our recruitment partners. Your focus is everything else. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Owning the HR infrastructure. Running onboarding end-to-end process Handling employee relations in all aspects of HR Running performance cycles and feedback Owning compensation and benefits administration. Partnering with managers on day-to-day HR aspects Supporting talent acquisition where needed Owning culture as a deliverable.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are hiring across a few different profiles. You probably look like one of these: An HR generalist with up to 5 years experience An HRBP from a larger company who is ready to trade some structure for real ownership and broader scope An HR Manager from a scale-up who has been through a growth phase and knows what good looks like when the team doubles Across any of those, you are someone who: Is commercially minded and understands that HR exists to help the business win, not to police it Is comfortable working without a template and will write one when it is missing Has handled difficult employee conversations and held up well Is familiar and keeps up to date with UK employment law CIPD qualified or working towards it Is curious about AI and will use it in your own workflow, not just tolerate it in the product
