Job description
Work closely with our Pricing or Sales & Ops stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges, and decision-making needs.
Act as a trusted partner by asking the right questions, clarifying goals, and ensuring alignment with business priorities, not just delivering data.
Deliver reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses that provide actionable insights and support pricing strategy.
Challenge assumptions and guide stakeholders by combining data with business context to recommend the most relevant KPIs and solutions.
Manage and prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed and accuracy. Ensure data clarity, consistency, and reliability, so that decisions are based on solid insights.
3+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business analysis, or similar roles.
Strong business acumen: you are curious and genuinely interested in understanding how our company and the pricing environment operate. For you, building a report or maintaining a data pipeline is not the final goal — it’s simply a way to secure reliable data that enables meaningful analysis and better business decisions.
Excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies or risks in data.
Solid knowledge of SQL and Tableau (or similar BI tools); experience with dbt is a plus.
Strong communication skills: you can explain insights clearly, adapt your message to your audience, and work with stakeholders to find the right conclusion.
Ability to thrive under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
