ART DIRECTOR (INDONESIA / REMOTE)

BJAK created Southeast Asia’s first and leading digital insurance platform, now serving over 8 million users across the region. As applications become increasingly integrated with AI, we’re continuing our mission by building new, high-impact products in emerging use cases.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- BRAND STRATEGY & ART DIRECTION
- Own and evolve BJAK’s visual identity across all touchpoints — layout, typography, motion, campaigns, and digital experiences
- Translate business, product, and marketing goals into strong creative concepts and scalable visual systems
- Build consistent brand expression across digital, social, product, performance, and emerging channels
- Balance long-term brand building with fast, high-impact execution
- HANDS-ON CREATIVE EXECUTION
- Be deeply involved in end-to-end creative work — from concept to final execution
- Produce high-quality creative assets for key campaigns and initiatives
- Improve workflows to balance speed, quality, and scalability
- Use feedback, data, and testing to continuously improve creative output
- Stay updated with design, branding, and content trends to keep BJAK visually strong and relevant
- CREATIVE LEADERSHIP & TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Lead and mentor a small, high-performing creative team
- Set a strong bar for craft, clarity, and speed under tight timelines
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to elevate output quality
- Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Lead by example — hands-on, fast-moving, and close to the work

WHAT YOU BRING
- 6–10 years of experience in art direction, design, or creative leadership
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, campaigns, and multi-channel work
- Strong understanding of branding, design principles, and digital content
- Experience mentoring designers and improving output through hands-on feedback
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and modern production workflows
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Bonus: Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands
