Job description

We’re seeking a confident and driven Assistant Front Office Manager to support the leadership of our Front Office team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their career within a boutique hotel environment. You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, lead and develop the team, and ensure service standards are consistently delivered at the highest level.

As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for personalised service, creating a seamless and memorable experience for every guest.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support daily Front Office operations
  • Lead, coach, and develop the team
  • Deliver seamless guest arrivals and departures
  • Handle escalated guest enquiries professionally
  • Assist with rostering, training, and performance
  • Maintain strong product and local knowledge
  • Collaborate across departments
  • Uphold brand standards and team culture
  • Front office experience with leadership or supervisory exposure preferred
  • Passion for exceptional guest service
  • Strong communicator able to lead motivate and support a team
  • Highly organised able to multitask in fast paced environment
  • Hands on with strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Flexible to work rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
  • Opera Cloud or similar PMS experience advantageous
