As our IT Manager, you keep Mama connected, protected, and powered up. Oversee all IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure secure, stable, and uninterrupted operations across the property.Systems & Network Master π
Manage servers, connectivity, Wi-Fi performance, hardware, and software to deliver seamless technology experiences for guests and teams.Cybersecurity Protector π
Safeguard Mamaβs digital environment by maintaining security standards, data protection practices, backups, and system integrity.Tech Support Hero π¦ΈββοΈ
Provide responsive IT support to team members, troubleshooting issues quickly and ensuring minimal operational disruption.Innovation Driver π
Identify new technologies and smart solutions that enhance efficiency, improve workflows, and elevate the guest experience.Systems Integrator π
Ensure smooth functionality and integration of hospitality systems including PMS, POS, finance, and operational platforms.Project & Implementation Leader π οΈ
Coordinate IT installations, upgrades, and system rollouts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business needs.Compliance Champion β

- You have 5+ years of IT leadership experience in hospitality π¨
- You know hotel tech ecosystems inside out β PMS, POS, networks, and integrations π»

- You combine technical expertise with strong people skills π
- You explain tech without jargon β making the complex feel easy π¬
- Youβre proactive, organized, and always one step ahead π

- Youβre hands-on β equally comfortable strategizing or fixing a printer if needed π οΈ
