Demi Chef - Banquets

We’re looking for a passionate Demi Chef to join our banquet kitchen, delivering exceptional food for conferences, events and functions of all sizes.

This is an exciting opportunity to build your experience in high-volume service, working alongside a skilled team to produce consistently high-quality dishes for up to 500 guests. You’ll play a key role in bringing events to life through well-executed, memorable dining experiences.

What you’ll be doing:

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes for conferences, events and functions
• Support the delivery of large-scale banquet service with precision and efficiency
• Assist senior chefs in maintaining consistency, quality and presentation standards
• Contribute to smooth kitchen operations during high-volume service periods
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards at all times

We’re seeking an enthusiastic chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their skills in event and banquet operations.

You will bring:

• Experience in a commercial kitchen, ideally with exposure to banquets or high-volume service
• A passion for food and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays
• Sound knowledge of food safety and HACCP practices
