Consultant Cardiac Surgeon

We are seeking a highly experienced Consultant Cardiac Surgeon to join our hospitals . The successful candidate will be responsible for performing advanced cardiac surgical procedures including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair and replacement, and other complex cardiac surgeries. This role offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, aimed at delivering top-tier cardiovascular care to patients. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of cardiac surgical procedures with precision and adherence to the highest standards. Evaluate patients pre- and post-operatively to ensure optimal surgical outcomes and comprehensive care. Collaborate with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, intensivists, and multidisciplinary teams to develop patient management plans. Educate patients and families about surgical procedures, risks, benefits, and postoperative care. Participate in research activities, quality improvement programs, and professional development initiatives. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with institutional policies. Stay current with advancements in cardiac surgery and integrate evidence-based practices into clinical care.

Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification in Cardiac Surgery. Valid UAE medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure to practice as a Cardiac Surgeon in the UAE. Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Consultant Cardiac Surgeon or equivalent role. Demonstrated expertise in performing complex cardiac surgical procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
