As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for assisting Croatian-speaking clients in making hotel and accommodation bookings, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities Communicate with Croatian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat to facilitate accommodation reservations. Provide detailed information regarding hotel options, pricing, amenities, and local attractions to support client decisions. Accurately process reservation requests and confirm bookings promptly. Address and resolve client inquiries and booking-related issues professionally and in a timely manner. Maintain precise records of client interactions and reservations within CRM systems. Stay updated on the latest hospitality industry trends and accommodation offerings to ensure excellent service.

Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is advantageous. Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality industries is preferred. Strong passion for travel and familiarity with accommodation services and tourist destinations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills focused on client satisfaction. Ability to use CRM software and standard office applications effectively. Self-driven with the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to relocate to Greece with fully paid relocation support provided.
