Mercier Consultancy is seeking a skilled Czech Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will engage with Czech clients to understand their business requirements and deliver customized technology solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and provide ongoing support to clients. Responsibilities Interact with Czech-speaking clients to identify business needs and challenges Develop and present tailored technology solutions to clients Coordinate with project and technical teams to ensure effective delivery Offer training and ongoing support to clients on solutions provided Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and project details Stay current with industry developments and technological advancements Build and sustain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and satisfaction

Fluency in Czech and English, both spoken and written. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Strong knowledge of technology solutions and consulting processes Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Previous consulting or client-facing experience is preferred Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation costs covered
