About the role
You will be responsible for identifying and shaping OKX's partnership opportunities with sophisticated institutional-grade global issuers of digital assets or related products. You will coordinate and work with engineering, legal and compliance teams to facilitate the onboarding and integration of the potential partners with OKX for purposes of introducing business opportunities for new digital asset products on OKX exchange entities outside of Hong Kong.
What You'll Do
Strategic partnership
- Conduct global market research and proactively identify strategic partnership opportunities between global issuers of digital assets-related products and OKX exchange entities.
- Participate in commercial discussions with such potential partners and advise on key terms and structure of partnership with OKX.
- Build and maintain a relationship network with relevant global partners to sustain a consistent flow of institutional-grade opportunities.
Product development and ideation
- Support commercial due diligence against potential partners and optimize SOPs and standards for OKX exchange entities in vetting and onboarding global partners and their related products and services.
- Analyze and advise OKX exchange entities on the product-market fit of related products issued by such partners.
Ecosystem growth
- Liaise with market makers and participants on OKX exchange entities regarding liquidity management matters.
- Provides strategic insights to potential partners of OKX exchange entities on token economics and market positioning
Who You Are
- 3–5+ years in exchange or trading platform businesses, venture capital, fixed income, or structured finance
- Demonstrated track record in identifying strategic partnerships, leading and managing commercial negotiations in high-value deals in finance or digital assets
- Strong ability to identify strategic partnership opportunities, evaluate counterparty risks (including credit risks and asset quality)
- Solid knowledge of digital asset ecosystem, blockchain technology, and token economics
Core competencies
- Self-directed with strong sense of ownership
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder management in both Web3 and institutional finance environments
- Deep fluency in on-chain financial infrastructure, and compliance standards
- Native-level English; Mandarin proficiency is a significant advantage for global market coverage
