Role Overview As the Offline Marketing Manager at Moomoo Financial Canada, you will be responsible for building a high-impact offline acquisition and conversion engine, with a strong focus on the physical store as a core channel. This role centers on driving brand awareness, attracting high-quality foot traffic, and converting users through in-store experiences and offline marketing initiatives. You will lead the development and management of the offline marketing team, ensuring strong execution, seamless customer experience, and alignment with key business goals (account conversion and asset growth). You will also collaborate cross-functionally with brand, product, and compliance teams to deliver a tech-forward and professional offline brand experience. 1. In-store Marketing & Conversion Design and execute physical store marketing initiatives to drive walk-in traffic and improve conversion rates Plan and deliver seminars, investment workshops, and educational sessions to build user trust and engagement Develop and optimize the full conversion funnel: traffic → engagement → account opening → funding Partner with product teams to integrate platform features (e.g., trading tools, market data) into offline experiences Track and analyze key metrics (foot traffic, participation rate, account conversion, funding rate) to continuously improve ROI 2. Offline Campaigns & Partnerships Lead end-to-end planning and execution of offline marketing campaigns across both in-store and external channels Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns from ideation to execution and post-event evaluation Build and manage partnerships with offline channels and stakeholders (e.g., venues, communities, and partner organizations) Ensure all initiatives align with brand strategy and enhance overall engagement and visibility Oversee budgets and vendor management to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery 3. Team Building & Management Recruit and build a high-performing offline marketing and store operations team Develop structured training programs covering product knowledge, conversion skills, and compliance requirements Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including traffic, conversion rates, and customer quality Use data-driven insights to improve team performance and marketing effectiveness Foster a results-driven and performance-oriented team culture 4. Key Client Experience & Acquisition Design in-store experiences to attract and engage high-value clients Drive acquisition and conversion of high-net-worth individuals through personalized offline touchpoints Build and manage relationships with key clients to support retention and referrals Ensure all touchpoints reflect a premium, professional brand experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field Experience: 5+ years of experience in offline marketing, event marketing, or retail marketing Experience in financial services (brokerage, banking, fintech) is a strong plus Core Skills: Strong understanding of offline acquisition and conversion funnels (event → lead → conversion) Proven ability to build offline marketing systems from the ground up Excellent project management and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Strong partnership development and cross-functional collaboration skills Data & Tools: Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize ROI and conversion metrics Familiarity with CRM tools and customer analytics Nice to Have: Knowledge of the Canadian market Bilingual in English and Chinese; French is a plus Experience working with multicultural communities
