CRM Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced CRM Project Manager to join an international iGaming group that is actively scaling its global operations and expanding its internal user base. In this role, you will be responsible for the centralized implementation and further development of the CRM/ERP system across the entire group. Your main objective will be to build an efficient and scalable system for managing sales and operational processes, ensure seamless integration with internal and external systems, and drive overall business efficiency. This position requires close collaboration between business and technical teams, acting as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation.

Responsibilities: Own the full lifecycle of CRM-to-ERP migration Design and manage system architecture and configuration Automate sales and operational processes across multiple departments Ensure data quality, consistency, and successful migration Define and manage integrations with internal and external systems Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors Lead onboarding, training, and system adoption initiatives Drive effective usage of the platform across ~1000 internal users
