As a Technical Lead , you will work closely with the co-founders and the senior team to further make CodeLink an awesome environment for 80+ employees and all of the people we work with. What You’ll Do Drive Technical Excellence Architect scalable, future-ready solutions that evolve with business needs Lead and support teams across the full software development lifecycle Elevate engineering standards (code quality, testing, CI/CD, best practices) Explore emerging technologies and bring in the right ones to strengthen our capabilities Champion a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence Partner with Clients & Drive Solutions Act as a trusted technical advisor in client conversations Support pre-sales by shaping solutions, proposals, and technical approaches Work closely with Sales & Account teams to win projects and ensure delivery success Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical strategies Ensure teams are well-structured and ready to scale with client demands Build & Grow High-Performing Teams Partner with Talent teams to attract, hire, and onboard top engineering talent Mentor and coach engineers toward senior and leadership growth Maintain a high bar through hands-on involvement in interviews and assessments Foster a strong engineering culture across teams and locations

Minimum of 8 years of software development experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a management team. Experience in Software Architecture and Design. Full proficiency with at least one back-end framework (Node.js, Python) and one front-end framework (React.js). Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience with Extreme Programming methodologies such as Test Driven Development, Refactoring, and Continuous Integration. Nice to Have Experience with the latest AI & ML development, such as LLM, Retrieval Augmented Generation, and vector DB, is a plus. Experience in secure systems, coding practices & related tools. Experience with managing clients. Experience in pre-sales client prospecting is a plus.
