Housekeeper

Cura Health is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented housekeeper to join our team and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall healthcare experience by ensuring all clinical and non-clinical areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, and more following established protocols. Dispose of waste and recyclables properly and maintain orderly storage of cleaning supplies and equipment. Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate departments. Adhere to infection control guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately. Support the healthcare team by ensuring a clutter-free, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff. Follow all regulatory policies related to housekeeping and safety. Contribute to laundry services as needed All other duties assigned

Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry roles preferred Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and proper sanitation procedures preferred Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Good communication skills and a cooperative team attitude. Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
