Job Details
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to help build and scale our digital products, including a real estate analytics platform powered by large datasets. You’ll work across the stack to deliver user-facing features, data-driven interfaces, and performant web applications.
You’ll be part of a product-focused team responsible for the full development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with modern frameworks, experimenting with AI-assisted development (including tools like Claude Code), and turning complex data into intuitive user experiences.
Job Responsibilities
Build and optimize marketing pages, user flows, and overall site experience Develop high-performance ad units (experience with GAM/GPT is a plus) Enhance and maintain a high-traffic headless WordPress application (Next.js frontend) Build scalable APIs, services, and data-driven interfaces Work with large datasets to create clear, user-friendly visualizations Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems Implement security and data protection best practices Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to ship features quickly Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to improve speed and code quality
Job Requirements
3+ years of full stack development experience Strong experience with JavaScript, React, and/or Next.js Experience working with WordPress (headless experience is a plus) Solid understanding of APIs (REST and/or GraphQL) Experience building responsive, performant web applications Familiarity with modern development workflows (Git, CI/CD) Experience working with databases and data-heavy applications Understanding of web performance, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO best practices Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
Experience with ad tech (GAM, GPT) Experience with data visualization or analytics platforms Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools and workflows Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Vercel, etc.)
