Job description
Strategy Planning - Envision and support SB RBU to prepare and execute the strategy for profitable growth of SB-IN team.
Operations - Support SB-RBU with decision matrix preparation to take key decisions on all KPIs (TNS, EBIT, quality Targets, PCR, RMI, etc.)
Escalation Management - Resolve internal conflicts within RBU and PSIN business framework as 1st point of escalation to PS/SB/RBU-IN office
Coordination - Coordinate with business divisions/entity heads, plants, PPS, RGB and Corporate departments, etc and support PS-SB/RBU-IN and team to take key decisions by preparing decision matrix
External stakeholders - Manage and balance both RBU's and External stakeholders interests including both communication and engagement
Back Office - Support RBU and team in all key management meetings by prepare presentations, documentation and ensuring implementation of actions
Visit Co-ordination - Plan and curate agenda for visits including high level delegate visits including GPs and NE, partners, Industry bodies, etc. and visits to GmbH by PS-SB/RBU-IN, DH's
Communication - Internal Screen and analyse both internal and external information's, disseminate important communications, consolidate MIS reports, regular business updates, town halls, compliance dialogues and ensure connects and exchanges between associate and RBU management
Steering Targets - Manage strategic focus projects and topics of RBU together with respective functions and drive till conclusion
Technical Consolidations - Support SB RBU with consolidation of engineering data covering product development strategies, system strategy, technology landscape and R&D KPI's
Bachelors degree in engineering
Masters or equivalent in Financial / Business Management (desirable)
- Basic knowledge of automotive technologies, ICE and Powertrain solutions.
- Advanced knowledge on market, technology trends and developments (region & global).
- Advanced knowledge of business terms and conditions (e.g. RFI/Q, Pricing, Quotations, Contracts,), Financial and Legal Knowledge.
- Advanced knowledge of Quality Management system (Process landscape), Support processes (MP).
- Proficient on BES methods, Quality Methods, Audits processes and Risk management.
- Advanced Knowledge on Quality tools like FMEA, 8D and DRBFM.
