Job description
- Responsible for Technology monitoring (procurement market and competition).
- New Parts or New supplier launch management
- New Supplier development and Management
- Leading technical review meeting and price negotiation for new product development with supplier to meet target cost
- Project management and track the project till 1 year after SOP
- RPP and MPP project ,ECR handling
- SAP Data setting and maintenance
- RFQ,Validation and comparison for new parts based on panel+biders list
- Identify material/parts/techniques with localization possibility
- Coordination of SE work with suppliers, implementation of concept competitions
- Supplier scouting and selection with PUQ, process acceptance supplier
- Initiator pre-sourcing meeting for supplier pre-selection Inquiries new part
- Determine Q requirements (regarding tolerance, process capability, machine capacity, process layout, test planning, measuring capability etc) in technical talks with suppliers
- Identify material/parts/techniques with related department and project-related change management
- localization projects, management external procurement part projects
- Procurement of prototypes, initial samples, and first serial delivery
- Bachelor degree or above
- Minim 3 years of purchasing experience and 1 years of project management in mechanical or electronic industry.
- Familiar with ISO9001/TS16949/QS9000 quality management system and tools.
- Rich Experience on supplier development.
- Good communication skill & interpersonal skill
- Good experience at project management
- Familiar with mechanical, electrical components manufacturing process and quality management sense
- Very good soft skills (Authentic, teamwork, sociable, organization ability, self-reliant, self-dependent, team work player.
- Willingness to frequent travel
