Job description

To drive sales and manage relationships with enterprise-level clients, aligning solutions with their business objectives.

  • Client Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed on market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of products for effective positioning.
  • Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Revenue Growth: Directly contribute to the company's revenue growth by meeting/exceeding sales goals.
  • Strategic Input: Provide market feedback for product development and innovation.
  • Expansion: Assist in expanding into new markets or product offerings.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Master’s Degree (optional): An MBA or relevant graduate degree may be preferred.
  • Strategic Selling: Consultative selling approach for long-term client relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation: Strong skills in closing deals with favorable terms.
  • Problem-Solving: Aptitude for addressing client concerns and solutions.
  • Industry Certifications: CSP or technology certifications in enterprise solutions.
  • Sales Training Programs: Formal methodologies training like SPIN Selling or Challenger Sales.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 10+ years sales or account management experience, preferably in enterprise solutions or IT.
  • Proven record of over-achieving sales quotas.
  • Experience in low-code/no-code solutions, Enterprise Content Management (ECM), and Business Process Management (BPM).

Attributes and Behaviours:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Partner with internal teams to align on client needs and company goals.
  • Additionally, fluency in Arabic is a crucial requirement for this role, as the individual will be interacting extensively with government entities.
