Job description

WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE?

As Ops & CX Performance Coordinator,  you will be responsible for developing a strong understanding of performance across operations and customer experience function, and to develop and implement a repeatable process for monitoring and reporting it.

The role will be focused on driving data driven decision making & delivering continuous improvement through strong analytical and interpersonal skills. You must have the maturity to work independently on a day-to-day basis and have the wisdom to know when to collaborate, delegate and/or escalate.

  • Assist in monitoring and improving UAE performance metrics across Operations and CX .

  • Provide preliminary insights and analyses to assist in decision-making processes.

  • Handle tasks such as organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.

  • Coordinate  projects and initiatives between local and regional team

  • Collaborate with the team to monitor performance, identify performance gaps and raise flags as needed.

  • Assist in implementing performance improvement plans to enhance overall efficiency.

 

WHAT DID WE ORDER?

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in the food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite tools such as GDoc, GSheet, GSlides, GForms, etc.

  • Strong communication skills in English with the ability to effectively outline and present ideas.

  • Experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to manage different types of stakeholders effectively.
