Job Responsibilities

• Offer salutations to patrons, record their selections, and manage monetary transactions, including credit card and cash payments.
• Combine and serve an assortment of cocktails and mocktails for patrons.
• Provide servers with drinks from the service well if it is part of the process.
• Adhere to the set guidelines for alcohol service and responsible drinking practices, including the verification of customers' ages to ensure they meet the minimum requirements for consuming alcoholic beverages.
• Comply with the cash management policies and procedures in place.
• Organize and disassemble workstations, with a focus on sanitizing and tidying up.
• Monitor stock quantities and ensure proper product stocking levels.
• Offer outstanding guest service by foreseeing guests' needs and prioritizing their satisfaction.
• Show a cheerful disposition when engaging with guests, clients, and team members.
• Ensure the protection of company property.
