Job description
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 4+ years specifically in the ServiceNow domain.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, etc.).
- Experience with any of the following modules is a plus: ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, data structures, workflows, and platform constraints.
- Experience creating process maps, functional documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate business requirements into functional designs.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum environments.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, ITSM Fundamentals, or ITIL Foundation are desirable.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead discussions with business teams.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying risks and dependencies.
