Job description
- Investment Risk Management – identification, assessment, and monitoring of risks related to investment portfolios and strategies
- Investment Committee Support – providing independent risk assessments and recommendations on proposed investments within the Investment Committee
- Risk Measurement and Analysis – evaluation of portfolio risk profile, volatility analysis, and stress testing
- Portfolio Monitoring – monitoring compliance with investment policy and risk limits, and managing potential breaches
- Risk Reporting – preparing and presenting regular reports to the Investment Committee and relevant Board-level committees
- Policy Development – development and continuous improvement of investment risk management policies and procedures
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or other relevant qualifications will be considered an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial institutions, including commercial banks, central banks, investment banks, asset management companies, or other relevant organizations
- Strong background in financial risk analysis and risk management
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a structured and high-responsibility environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage in both internal and external stakeholder settings
- High level of integrity, accountability, and sound professional judgment
