Support data entry and updates in HR systems. Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating availability, and sending calendar invites and follow-up communications to candidates. Support new hire onboarding logistics by preparing materials, printing documents, setting up meeting spaces, and tracking completion of required paperwork. Help track completion of employee trainings and follow up as needed. Assist with responding to basic employee inquiries related to HR processes and direct more complex questions to HR supervisors when appropriate. Support HR audits by organizing files, reviewing documentation for accuracy, and identifying any missing or incomplete records. Help prepare materials and presentations for HR meetings, trainings, and internal communications. Assist with planning, coordination, and setup for employee engagement initiatives, company events, and recognition programs. Maintain organization of shared HR folders, templates, and documents. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scanning, filing, copying, and document preparation. Assist with special projects such as process improvements, data collection, or research assignments as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned to support the HR team and overall department operations. Perform other duties as assigned Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems or HRIS) is a plus Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams Eagerness to learn and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources
