IT Specialist

We are looking for a skilled IT Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, security, and performance across the organization. Job Description Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and systems Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software components Monitor system performance and ensure security, availability, and data protection Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide advanced technical support Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control Support and maintain backup systems and disaster recovery processes Administer Network-Attached Storage (NAS) systems and data storage solutions

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, networking, and system security Hands-on experience with NAS systems, storage management, and backup solutions Familiarity with virtualization technologies is a plus Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
