Responsibilities Measure, fit, and install windows in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings according to specifications and safety standards. Ensure proper sealing, insulation, and finishing around windows to provide weatherproof and energy-efficient installations. Remove old or damaged windows carefully and dispose of materials responsibly. Read and interpret installation plans, drawings, and specifications. Collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients to complete projects on time and to a high standard. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Proven experience as a window installer or in a similar installation role. Proficient in measuring and fitting various types of windows and frames. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and installation manuals. Strong knowledge of safety protocols related to working at heights and handling glass materials. Good physical fitness and manual dexterity. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as required. Relevant certifications in window installation or construction are advantageous.
