Responsibilities Erect, dismantle, and modify scaffolding structures safely and efficiently according to project specifications and safety guidelines. Ensure scaffolding complies with relevant regulations, standards, and quality requirements. Inspect scaffolding components for defects and maintain equipment in good working order. Collaborate with site supervisors, other trades, and team members to ensure timely completion of scaffold-related tasks. Use advanced scaffolding techniques to handle complex or high-risk scaffold structures. Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and inspections carried out. Follow all health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment for self and others.

Proven experience as a scaffolder, with advanced skills and knowledge of complex scaffolding systems. Relevant certifications such as CISRS Advanced Scaffolder card (or equivalent). Strong understanding of scaffolding safety regulations and construction standards. Experience working at heights and in various outdoor conditions. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and scaffold plans. Good physical fitness and manual dexterity. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and following health and safety procedures. Ability to work independently and take responsibility for quality of work.
