Job description

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a German-Speaking Sales Consultant to join our SaaS & Cloud Computing Department in Krakow. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional fluent in German who is passionate about cutting-edge technology and eager to drive business growth in the German-speaking market. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new leads, delivering persuasive product demonstrations, and building sustainable client relationships. Your insight into client needs will be key to offering tailored SaaS and cloud computing solutions that deliver value and foster long-term partnerships. Responsibilities Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the German-speaking market for our SaaS and cloud computing services Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty Work collaboratively with product and marketing teams to customize solutions based on client requirements Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and feedback Participate in trade shows and networking events to boost company presence in target markets

Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application. Proven track record in sales, preferably in SaaS or cloud computing sectors Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to tailor sales presentations and solutions to meet diverse client needs Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
