As a vital part of our customer support team, you will provide assistance to Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering positive relations. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex problems. Stay informed about product updates and company policies to offer accurate information. Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.

Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; English skills are a plus. Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude. Familiarity with CRM software and general computer proficiency. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or office environment.
