Location: Athens, GA Schedule: Full-Time Pay Rate: $20 – $30 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time Overview As a Craftsman, you will serve as the face of the brand for homeowners in your community. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and improvements while building trust with customers. You’ll focus on hands-on work without the hassle of sourcing jobs or managing logistics, allowing you to do what you do best. Responsibilities Review daily schedules and travel to customer locations using a company-provided vehicle Assess home repair and improvement needs and clearly explain scope of work to customers Perform a variety of tasks including carpentry, drywall repair, minor plumbing, electrical work, painting, and furniture assembly Maintain a clean and organized workspace in customers’ homes Ensure all work meets safety standards and local building codes Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional communication at all times

Must Have: Proven experience in home maintenance, repair, or trade work Proficiency with hand and power tools Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation to commute to the job location Legal authorization to work in the United States Nice to Have: Experience with smart home technology installations Knowledge of ADA compliance and accessibility modifications Specialized experience in cabinetry, tile work, or finish carpentry
