Job description

Lead and manage the company’s sales operations with full ownership of revenue growth, market penetration, and commercial performance. Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to build the sales function from the ground up, increase market share, and drive sustainable revenue growth in a highly competitive environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company growth and revenue objectives Build, structure, and lead the sales function from the ground up, including processes, channels, and team capabilities Drive aggressive market penetration and expand the company’s presence despite low brand awareness Identify, develop, and grow sales channels (retail, wholesale, HORECA, and partnerships) to maximize market reach Lead and manage the sales team, set clear targets, and continuously monitor and improve performance Personally engage in high-value deals and key account acquisition, acting as a strong closer when needed Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity, and take proactive corrective actions Collaborate closely with marketing and operations to support product launches and promotional campaigns Ensure full market coverage and operational efficiency across all sales regions Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic insights to senior management Continuously optimize sales processes, improve efficiency, and reduce operational gaps

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 8–10+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the food, FMCG, or consumer goods industry Proven track record of building sales operations, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue growth Strong experience in handling competitive markets and selling products with low brand awareness Demonstrated ability to lead, build, and develop high-performing sales teams Strong commercial mindset with hands-on approach and execution-driven attitude Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions High level of ownership, resilience, and ability to work under pressure Entrepreneurial mindset with a “hunter” mentality and strong drive to win in the market
