Junior BIM Architect Engineer

As a Junior BIM Architect Engineer, your role is to support the BIM team in creating, managing, and coordinating digital building models. You’ll be working closely with senior engineers and different disciplines to ensure smooth project execution. Key responsibilities include: 3D Modeling: Build and develop architectural models using BIM tools (mainly Revit). Model Coordination: Help align architectural models with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems. Clash Detection: Identify and report conflicts between systems using tools like Navisworks. Team Collaboration: Work with senior BIM engineers and project teams to maintain accurate and updated models. Technical Support: Assist teams in solving BIM-related issues and improving workflows.

To qualify for this role, you’re expected to have: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering. Experience: 0–2 years (fresh grads are welcome). Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory) Basic knowledge of Navisworks (for clash detection) Familiarity with Dynamo (a plus for automation) Core Competencies: Solid 3D modeling ability Attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills
