Sr. Service Delivery Engineer - PMax, Isilon, Vxrail - AlKhobar, KSA

Lead and manage end-to-end service delivery projects focused on PMax, Isilon, and VxRail storage solutions for enterprise clients in AlKhobar, KSA. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable storage and virtualization architectures. Analyze client requirements and assess existing infrastructures to propose optimal storage and virtualization strategies. Configure, test, and validate migration and deployment processes to ensure seamless transitions with minimal operational disruption. Provide technical guidance and hands-on support throughout the project lifecycle, including documentation and knowledge transfer. Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed environments, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions. Work closely with support teams to ensure smooth post-deployment operations and resolve escalated technical cases. Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices related to PMax, Isilon, and VxRail platforms. Engage with clients and stakeholders in AlKhobar, KSA to ensure alignment with business requirements and project goals.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Service Delivery Engineer or similar technical role. Proven expertise in PMax, Isilon, and VxRail storage and virtualization technologies. Experience managing complex storage and virtualization deployment/migration projects in enterprise environments. Strong skills in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining storage and virtualized infrastructure. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Willingness and ability to work onsite in AlKhobar, KSA. Relevant certifications on PMax, Isilon, VxRail, or virtualization technologies are a plus.
