Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote role serving clients throughout Arizona. This position centers on providing therapy that helps clients address real-life issues in their relationships, families, and personal well-being. You will meet with clients virtually, identify treatment needs, document progress, and provide ongoing support using sound clinical judgment and proven therapeutic methods. This is a strong opportunity for therapists who want consistency, autonomy, and meaningful client interaction in a remote setting. Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Responsibilities: Provide telehealth counseling to individuals, couples, and families Evaluate client needs through intake and ongoing assessment Develop treatment plans based on presenting concerns and goals Maintain complete and accurate documentation Deliver therapy using evidence-based clinical approaches Help clients improve communication, coping skills, and relationship functioning Coordinate with internal or external providers when needed

Active LMFT license in Arizona Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting Strong understanding of family systems and relational therapy Ability to complete documentation accurately and on time Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
