Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Location: New Jersey Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a full-time telehealth position. The person in this role will work with clients managing relationship concerns, family conflict, life adjustments, and mental health challenges that affect home and personal life. This is a practical, client-facing clinical role focused on assessment, treatment planning, therapy delivery, and helping clients build healthier patterns over time. Responsibilities: Conduct remote therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families Identify treatment needs through assessments and ongoing clinical review Develop measurable treatment plans aligned with client goals Complete progress notes and other required clinical documentation Provide therapeutic interventions that support emotional and relational health Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment strategies when needed

Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field Active LMFT license in New Jersey Experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical setting Strong assessment, communication, and treatment planning skills Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
