Licensed Professional Counselor | Full-Time Location: Michigan Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor for a full-time remote position providing telehealth services to clients in Michigan. This role focuses on evaluating mental health concerns, leading structured therapy sessions, and helping clients work toward realistic, individualized treatment goals. You will play an important part in helping people manage ongoing symptoms, improve coping tools, and stay engaged in care from the convenience of a virtual setting. Responsibilities Provide scheduled telehealth counseling sessions in a professional remote setting Assess mental health symptoms, functioning, and treatment priorities Build and maintain individualized care plans Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate to client needs Document sessions and treatment updates in the electronic health record Recognize changes in risk level and respond according to clinical protocol Encourage client engagement, goal setting, and continuity of care

Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field Active Michigan LPC license in good standing At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical counseling experience preferred Experience with telehealth or outpatient mental health services is a plus Strong clinical judgment, organization, and documentation skills
