Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Montana Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary We’re hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time telehealth position serving clients in Montana. The person in this role will provide therapy, complete clinical assessments, guide treatment planning, and support individuals working through a range of mental health concerns. This is a practical, client-centered role with a direct impact on access to care and treatment continuity in a remote setting. Responsibilities Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients on an ongoing basis Evaluate client needs through assessments and clinical interviews Develop treatment plans with measurable goals and interventions Document care accurately and maintain updated client records Provide support for emotional, behavioral, and social challenges Recognize urgent clinical needs and follow established response procedures

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Montana LCSW license in good standing At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, families, or diverse populations Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
