Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)| Full-Time Opportunity Location: Montana Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide virtual therapy and clinical support to clients across Montana. This role involves assessing mental health needs, delivering counseling services, maintaining treatment documentation, and helping clients make progress in a structured telehealth model. The position is well suited for a clinician who is organized, thoughtful, and comfortable working independently while staying connected to a broader care team. Responsibilities Deliver scheduled therapy sessions through telehealth Complete comprehensive client assessments and intake documentation Establish treatment goals and maintain individualized care plans Write timely progress notes and other required clinical records Identify barriers to progress and adjust interventions as needed Support crisis assessment and escalation procedures when required

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Montana LCSW license in good standing At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, families, or diverse populations Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
