Job description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring mutual growth and success on the platform.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, offering tailored support to help partners meet their business objectives.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide actionable insights to drive improvement.
  • Proactively address and resolve any issues, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Pitch and negotiate monthly promotional campaigns to enhance partner visibility and sales.
  • Guide partners in utilizing platform advertising tools effectively.
  • Identify and propose win-win solutions that align with both partner needs and company goals.
  • Support projects and handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.
     
  • Proven experience in account management, customer relationship management, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Experience in pitching and negotiating campaigns or promotions is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Team-oriented, with a willingness to collaborate across departments.
