• 12+ years with a Bachelor's degree, OR
• 10+ years with a Master's degree, OR
• 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree

Description We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design and implement innovative training scenarios that help develop the next generation of technical operators. You will work closely with domain experts to build engaging exercise scenarios and take the lead in creating and enhancing advanced scenario grading solutions that directly support the customer's critical training program. Responsibilities

• Develop novel software applications within the training environment using relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
• Automate existing manual deployment steps to improve training scenario throughput and implement automation workflows.
• Document network designs, configurations, and procedures.
• Solicit requirements and feedback from customers, users, and other teams (e.g., IT, software development) to ensure seamless scenario deployment.
• Build configuration and procedure documentation.

Skills Requirements

• Experience in full-stack architecture design and development.
• Experience with modern development frameworks.
• Background in user interface design, development, and integration with backend APIs.
• Experience with requirements gathering and system architecture planning.
• Understanding of network architecture and topologies.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with both Windows and Unix security.
• Experience with network architecture and design.
• Strong understanding of VSphere and virtual machines.
• Experience operating in dynamic, fast-paced technical environments.
• Development experience with front-end and supporting technologies (e.g., Java, MongoDB, Python).

Compensation Employment Policy Salary is determined by multiple factors, including location, education, experience, skills, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $200,000 – $250,000 (annualized USD).
