Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement energy efficiency programs tailored for utility clients to promote sustainable energy usage. Analyze energy consumption data and perform technical assessments to identify opportunities for energy savings and efficiency improvements. Collaborate with utility companies, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with energy policies and standards. Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and presentations to communicate findings, project status, and recommendations effectively. Conduct site visits and energy audits to evaluate equipment performance and recommend upgrades or modifications. Develop and maintain energy models and simulations to forecast energy savings and evaluate project impacts. Provide technical support and training to utility staff and customers on energy conservation techniques and technologies. Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in the energy efficiency and utility sectors.

Bachelor's degree in Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience in energy efficiency engineering, preferably within the utility sector. Strong knowledge of energy efficiency technologies, utility operations, and relevant regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in energy modeling software, data analysis tools, and energy auditing equipment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams and clients. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel for site assessments and client meetings as required.
