Job description
We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented IT Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as a key liaison between our IT department and end-users, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional support across our organization. As an IT Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in maintaining our technical infrastructure, managing IT projects, and supporting our diverse team members. 1) Incidents and Request Handling
1.1 Act as first point of contact for Field Service incidents/requests (workstation,
peripherals, OS login, basic network connectivity, M365 access, standard apps).
1.2 Perform initial triage, resolve using knowledge base/runbooks, and route/escalate to
Specialist/Regional IT or vendors as needed; keep users informed until closure.
1.3 Log all tickets with clear categorization, notes, and closure codes in the ITSM tool.
2) On site and remote support
2.1 Provide hands ‑on support for local offices/boutiques (install/redeploy endpoints,
printers, POS/iPad basics, meeting room checks).
2.2 Execute remote support sessions for standard fixes following documented
procedures; request handover to Specialist for non ‑standard cases.
3) User On/Offboarding & Access Administration
3.1 Prepare standard equipment for joiners (account checklist, imaging, accessories),
collect leavers’ assets, and update inventory/CMDB.
3.2 Submit access requests and perform basic account changes under approval
(password reset, group membership per template).
4) Cyber Hygiene
4.1 Run routine health checks (antivirus, disk encryption, password policy adherence),
remediate straightforward gaps, and report exceptions.
4.2 Support awareness activities (forwarding comms, scheduling sessions, coordinating
attendance) and collect basic evidence for audits as instructed.
5) Asset, Inventory & Procurement Support
5.1 Maintain up‑to‑date asset tags and records, track loaners and accessories.
5.2 Assist with quotes, POs, GRNs, and vendor scheduling per the regional procurement
process.
6) Project & Event Support
6.1 Prepare standard kits and perform checklists for moves/openings, small rollouts, and
events; execute tasks assigned by the Specialist/Project Lead.
6.2 Update project trackers and file project document s in the designated repository.
7) Documentation & Reporting
7.1 Maintain local “how ‑to” guides, FAQs, device build sheets, and handover notes;
propose updates when procedures change.
7.2 Provide weekly ticket and asset updates; flag recurring issues for
problem‑management review
8) Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
8.1 Coordinate site access, delivery windows, and basic troubleshooting steps with
approved vendors; confirm completion and document outcomes
8.2 Communicate status to users with clear, courteous updates; escalate risks early to the
Specialist/Regional Manager.
9) Ad-hoc Support
9.1 Provide ad -hoc IT support requested by Regional IT or Global IT Department
10) Assessment & Improvement
10.1 Contribute to evaluating the current performance of IT services in AP and help us to
define and implement improvement
The above is subject to change from time to time as deemed necessary by the Management.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in IT support, help desk coordination, or related technical environment
- Proficiency with IT ticketing systems
- Experience with IT asset management and inventory tracking systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving mindset to identify process improvements

- Contract Type: Permanent with 3-month probation
