Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic Finance Systems & Data Analytics Manager to support the ongoing technological transformation of the Finance function. This role will sit within Finance and act as a key interface with ICT, driving the implementation, enhancement, and integration of core finance systems and data capabilities.

The successful candidate will combine strong finance process understanding with hands-on systems expertise and advanced data analytics capabilities. He/she will play a central role in modernising our finance architecture, improving reporting and planning tools, and enabling future initiatives in automation, robotics, and AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central within the Finance function
  • Lead the upgrade and continuous improvement of consolidation and planning tools
  • Design and develop robust reporting frameworks and dashboards, enhancing data visibility and decision-making
  • Act as the primary liaison between Finance and ICT, translating business requirements into technical solutions
  • Drive process standardisation and automation across finance operations
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and consistency across systems
  • Support change management and user adoption across the Finance organization

Candidate Profile

  • Strong experience in finance systems implementation and optimisation (ideally including Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP platforms)
  • Solid understanding of core finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, consolidation, planning and reporting)
  • Advanced data analytics skills (e.g. Power BI, SQL, or similar tools) with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proven ability to bridge Finance and IT/ICT functions, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong hands-on approach, with the ability to engage directly in execution as well as design
  • Demonstrated program management skills, with experience delivering complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives
  • Experience in finance transformation projects within complex, multi-entity organisations
  • Exposure to automation tools, RPA, or AI applications in finance is a strong plus
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Personal Attributes

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, and delivery-focused
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • High level of ownership and accountability

This is a critical role in shaping the future finance function, offering the opportunity to drive meaningful transformation and innovation across systems, processes, and data.
