Clinical Nurse Lead - Fixed term

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to join our care team as a Clinical Nurse Lead at Summerset Avonhead. Reporting to the Care Centre Manager, this role will help to provide leadership, support and clinical guidance to our incredible Care Centre team.

This role would work across Monday - Friday with the occasion to be required on call. This role is also fixed term for 6 months up until the end of October 2026 

Role responsibilities:

• Assist in providing clinical guidance, day to day direction, and leadership to the Care Centre team
• Working closely with Care Centre Manager to help support safe operation of the care team.
• Active involvement with the Summerset quality management programme

• A Registered Nurse with recognised expertise in the provision of clinical oversight
• A Team Player who is passionate to support, train and develop the Caregiving team
• A Skilled Communicator who has effective relationships building abilities
• An InterRAI trained Nurse who can complete and oversee clinical assessments and care planning
