Our mission is "Delivering secure and intelligent digital services that empower organizations" Role Description As an Employee Experience Trainee (Tamheer) at Innovative Solutions, you will support the Human Capital team in creating a positive and engaging workplace culture. This program will provide you with practical experience in employee engagement, HC operations, and organizational culture initiatives. You will collaborate with various teams to help enhance the overall employee experience and contribute to building a motivated workforce. Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events. Support the daily operations process to ensure a smooth integration experience. Assist in maintaining employee communication channels and resources. Provide administrative support to the Human Capital team as needed.

Recent graduate or student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in employee engagement and organizational development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Prior internship or volunteer experience in HR or employee experience is a plus. Familiarity with AI tools and technologies.
