Product Lead - Zero Trust & Secure Access

As demand for modern, Zero Trust security architectures accelerates, we’re looking for a Product Lead – Zero Trust & Secure Access to shape, grow, and scale our managed secure access portfolio. This is a product leadership role where you’ll sit at the intersection of customer outcomes, commercial performance, and technical innovation. You'll work closely with internal teams, strategic partners and vendors to turn market opportunity into clear roadmaps, pricing, and go‑to‑market execution creating sustainable growth for DEFEND. What you'll do Shape and grow DEFEND’s Secure Access product portfolio, driving revenue growth, margin optimisation, and sustainable scale Translate customer demand and market opportunity into clear product roadmaps, pricing, and packaging Lead go‑to‑market execution by enabling sales with compelling value propositions and differentiated commercial models Continuously optimise portfolio performance using customer feedback, utilisation, and financial insights Work closely with internal teams, strategic partners, and vendors to accelerate delivery and maximise return on investment Strengthen DEFEND’s market positioning as a leader in Zero Trust and secure access transformation

This role is for you if you: Have owned end‑to‑end product or managed service performance Enjoy balancing customer outcomes with commercial results Are comfortable leading in complex, evolving security domains (Zero Trust, Secure Access, SSE/SASE or adjacent) Like building services that can scale and perform in market How you’ll grow at DEFEND You’ll be supported to lead with impact, grow your influence, and build services that matter. This role also provides opportunities to grow and deepen your skills in: Building deep experience owning service profitability and commercial performance Strengthening your end‑to‑end product and managed service leadership capability Developing strong go‑to‑market and enterprise sales enablement expertise Growing your senior stakeholder influence and market‑facing thought leadership
