We are seeking a Junior Support Consultant who is enthusiastic, self-disciplined, and a dedicated people’s person with a strong interest in property management and software solutions. Experience with maintenance and inspection in the property industry is essential. Key Skills: In-depth understanding of the company's products and solutions. Ability to support clients through responding to incoming calls & tickets. Assist clients in optimising software usage based on their business needs. Focus on client education and retention, not sales. Proven ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data. Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially via email. Good Excel skills. Strong training and presentation capabilities. Exceptional attention to detail.
Technical aptitude to understand software functionality. Eagerness to stay current with technology trends and best practices. Positive and professional phone manner. CRM experience Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively. Self-motivated with strong organisational skills. Basic understanding of accounting principles.
